Snap Raise is looking for a remote Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for supporting our field and inside sales team in sourcing high-quality leads. The candidate will be responsible and held accountable for creating net new sales opportunities through self-generation and by utilizing the existing Snap Raise lead generation tools and process.
A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and adaptable with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects. A can-do attitude is required, and the individual must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. Applicant must be comfortable and confident working in a remote setting and ability to think quickly under pressure.
This is a full-time, hourly position. We are open to any location in the continental United States and are flexible in the set work hours for this role. There is growth opportunity within our company, and this is a great starting point for a recent graduate!
Lead Generation Specialist Responsibilities:
A track record of consistent achievement in generating qualified opportunities
Collaboratively work with the Sales Team to develop lead generation strategies to define focus areas and locate prospective customers
Effectively communicate with Sales Leadership on status of lead generation projects and work collaboratively through obstacles
Keep informed of education and club sports seasonality and proactively strategize with Sales Leadership on lead generation focus areas.
Consistently use HubSpot and other applications to document lead information
Other sales projects as defined by the VP of Inside Sales and Operations and/or VP of Outside Sales
What we are looking for in a Lead Generation Specialist:
Bachelors Degree Preferred
1+ years in a Sales Support or similar role
Ability to pivot focus to various projects as business dictates
Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion and adhering to strict deadlines and metrics.
Ability to work independently, identify requirements, and build successful plans to generate leads
Strong ability to work cross functionally with other departments
Comfortable utilizing multiple software tools to generate leads
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
Experience working with HubSpot or alternative CRM preferred
