Powerlink is a provider of Healthcare Integrated Services to Hospitals and Long-Term Care and Senior Living Facilities, throughout the United States, located in Warren, MI. We provide award-winning and highly successful solutions within the areas of Food and Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, Institutional Laundry Services and Facility Maintenance.Powerlink will introduce you to our operational model, technology and winning company culture through ongoing hands-on training and mentoring to help cultivate the skills and expertise you need to succeed in all aspects of the EVS business operations, quality management and customer service.As a fully trained incumbent you will be taught to provide an elevated level of customer service based on Powerlink's Performance Standards of integrity, innovation, compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and commitment.Position BriefTri-County-wide (Multiple sites) travel required.Must be willing to work alongside employees.Attend all scheduled Staff and/or Operations meetings as required.Require professionalism from all crew members including punctuality, regular attendance, and pride in quality of work.Ensure that company dress and behavior standards are met at all times.Assign cleaning personnel to areas of responsibility.Develop and maintain a good relationship with the customer.Ensure all safety requirements are explained and that personnel comply with them.Ensure the safe and proper use of all chemicals.Keep all equipment clean and in good working order.Clean all equipment daily.Inspect all work daily to ensure that the work performed meets customer and company standards.Resolve day-to-day operational problems.Resolve all customer complaints and problems.Assist where necessary in the completion of daily cleaning duties, fill in as needed when short-handed.Conduct daily inspections for quality and safety. Make necessary corrections.Understand all employee work assignments.Conduct training and retraining as necessary. Follow recommended training process.Maintain loyalty and honesty with employees, peers, customers and managers.Ensure all projects, maintenance, or cleaning challenges are communicated effectively for resolution.When necessary, complete custodial work assignments.In case of emergency, perform all duties as assigned.Other duties as assigned.
