- $18-$20/hour, depending on experience

First Aptitude Test - If we think you’re a promising candidate, we will invite you to take an aptitude test to determine if you have the knack for the mechanical that we need, as well as a few other skills.
First Interview - You’ll meet with our COO, Nathan, for your first interview.
Second Aptitude Test - If the interview goes well, we’ll send you our second aptitude test, or invite you to take it in-house. This test will check a different area of aptitude.
Second Interview - If your second test checks out, you’ll be invited for a second interview with the head honcho himself, Richard, as well as Nathan.
Job offer - Nathan and Richard will ponder the interview, and if they decide that you’re someone they want for the job, you’ll receive a call from Nathan with a job offer.
