Compliance Specialist Trainee – Job Description
Starting Salary: $16.00 per hour
No experience necessary.
This is an entry-level position, with career progression and we will provide all training for this position.
All training will be conducted in the TX Office.

Compliance Specialists are responsible for the completion of assigned work that Bron performs on behalf of its clients in compliance with state and local agencies’ requirements and within timeframes required by the client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Review applicable client loan information ensuring the client has provided all necessary information for processing work request by the client.
Research and process property registrations.
Work directly with utility companies to transfer, open/close accounts. Process payments and monitor to ensure accounts are current.
Research and resolve property code violations.
Work with municipalities to ensure Bron is utilizing current property registration ordinances.
Communicate with municipalities, attorneys, property preservation companies and realtors on behalf of its clients.
Research loan closing documents to determine the correct chain of title.
