Preference will be placed on candidates currently living in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives related to our national calendar of LTOand coreproducts that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy. The Manager collaborates with ProductMarketing, ProductDevelopment, Consumer Insights,Agency Partners,Field Marketing,Procurement, IT,Operations,Merchandisingand Finance to ensure that all new product offerings and platforms for each marketing module remain relevant to consumers and can effectively drive incremental sales and profitable traffic. Additionally, the Manager takes a lead role in managingrelevant promotional opportunities,beverage initiatives,vendor partners and communication agencies, as well as all aspects of their projects.Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities)In partnership with the Director of Marketing & Marketing VP, develops strategic marketing calendar that drives profitable system traffic. Collaborates with Insights, Agency partners, D, Brand Communications, Finance andGE/DoDto develop multi-layer promotional and product messagingthat is relevant tokey segments.Manages the product and marketing program implementation process for all national product modules, working closely with all functional areas to ensure flawless execution.Aligns internal cross functional partners, communicates & presents calendar plans to key stakeholdersPartners with Product Development to identify key areas of opportunity for new menu items and with Product Marketing Director for core items that will meet existing customer needs and drive traffic to our restaurants.Overseesand co-managesall calendar & core menu testing efforts fromplanning, development, execution and analysis aswell ascommunications, inventorymanagement, pricing, projections,andoperational feedbackWrites strategic briefs for agency partners to guide the development of creative material, enabling them to deliver on the project's strategic vision.Consults with merchandising teams to ensure that in-restaurant creative materials deliver on the brand strategy.Partners with Ops/Restaurant Readiness group to produce training materials for new marketing initiatives.Communicatestest results, and key learnings tointernal leaders andFranchise partners in order to successfully sell-in calendar modules and promotional initiatives.Leads the brands promotional partnership and co-brandingopportunitieswith key strategic partnersin an effort toincrease sales and build brand relevance with critical consumer segments.Leads all beverage initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teamin an effort toincrease sales and offer relevant products.Lead project management efforts related to calendar, special projects, product / opstestingand other initiatives as definedPartners with Field Marketing Director and team to ensure seamless communication of national marketing calendar initiatives and maximum effectiveness and integration of national and local messaging.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience RequirementsEducation:BA in Marketing, Business, or related field.Masters degree in Business Administration preferred.Experience:7-10years of consumer marketing experience. Strong project management background.Experience in management of marketing calendarstrategy & execution.Restaurant/Retail experiencerequired.Required Knowledge and SkillsDemonstrates high-energy leadership while working with a team.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to quickly build cooperative and productive relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.Demonstrated expertise with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Strong attention to detail.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Ability to travel up to 25%.
