Year 1 - $40,000 to $60,000 negotiable with experience
Salary plus Commission and Bonus

The main responsibility will be both generating sales and delivering world-class customer service to our clients. You will assess the needs of prospects and clients, lead a discovery conversation, and close sales. You will be provided with a variety of lead sources but will increase revenue potential by earning referrals and establishing and meeting marketing goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to market products and services offered by State Farm
The ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers and clients
Ability to make presentations and walk with clients through the closing process
Sales experience a plus
A Bachelor’s Degree and license to sell insurance not required but a plus
