BioFire Diagnostics, LLC. is looking to add a Project Coordinator to our growing Quality team!The Quality Project Coordinator serves in a support role to Project Managers within the Quality Assurance department. Assists Project Managers by performing administrative tasks, taking meeting minutes, action items, helping create presentations, assisting in completion of small tasks / projects, and performing basic follow-up. Also assists employees in other departments as required by the project. Supports project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Supports multiple projects for the team. Should be comfortable in leadership roles, be able to condense information into a cohesive plan, and be able to effectively communicate and execute plans.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities* Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BFDX's Quality System.* Assist Project Manager with day to day project activities to include attending meetings, taking minutes and recording action items.* Represent and advocate for Quality Assurance throughout the project's lifecycle.* Promote Quality System Regulation and regulatory compliance into assigned projects.* Makes detailed observations, analyze data, and interprets results.* Investigate, create, and develop new methods and technologies for project advancement.* Assist Project Managers in drafting project proposals, design input documentation, project plans, schedules, presentations, technical reviews, etc.* Maintain project documentation, and ensures that appropriate documentation is complete at project close, with managerial support.* May manage small, low complexity projects, with managerial support.* Minimal domestic travel may be required for training purposesMinimum QualificationsTraining and EducationBachelor's degree; B.S. in life science, engineering, or equivalent technical field a plus.Knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, 21 CFR 11, MDSAP, IVDD/IVDR preferred but not requiredExperienceMinimum one year of work experience in a Quality related position or project/program coordination required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* Self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.* Can effectively work as part of a team, and supports the team with a helpful attitude.* Clear and transparent verbal and written communication.* Critical listening skills, and an ability to recognize important and high-level information.* Ability to stay positive and calm in stressful situations.* Ability to adjust to changes in scheduling, and general flexibility in the work environment.* Organization and extreme attention to detail.* Ability to complete work quickly and efficiently.* Critical and innovative thinker.* Coachable.Physical RequirementsThe ability to occasionally lift 15-20 pounds; remain seated for extended periods of time; and travel short distances often and quickly (i.e., from one meeting to another).
