Serve as an interdisciplinary team lead or member forfollowing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) guidelines/requirements. ?Evaluate proposed uses with respect to their potential impact on the management,protection, development, and utilization of public lands resources and theirconformance with land management plans, policies, regulations, and statutoryauthorities. ? Provide advice on all aspects of acquisition, disposal, or rightsto public lands.? Prepare and assemble applications, stipulations, documents forreview, letters of consent, etc., regarding easements, such as easements andlicenses for roads, power lines, pipelines, and similar projects. ? Responsiblefor the accomplishment of land exchange, donation, and purchase includingimportant and difficult negotiations with private landowners. ?
