Vaco has been engaged by a Birmingham based manufacturing company to identify a Sales Assistant to add to their growing team. This person will support the sales team to help the sales department function efficiently.
- Prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports
- Coordinate meetings, events and parties while maintaining a budget
- Answer phones and inquiries as needed
- Maintain calendars and coordinate travel when needed
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Experience using sales management software, including reporting and analytics, preferred
- Time management and attention to detail are essential
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong follow-up skills.
