Our client is growing the Marketing organization and looking for a paid marketing specialist to join our small and nimble team to develop and grow their AVOD businesses across connected TVs, mobiles/tablets, and online platforms. The Marketing lead will oversee customer acquisition and drive strategy and tactics at the portfolio and paid campaign level. Additionally, the marketer will identify and recommend strategy and tactics to grow visitors and return visitors.
Working alongside the Business Intelligence team, the marketer will manage and track KPIs, and determine vendor solutions that increase efficiency for the overall marketing spend. Working with the BI team, the marketer will make decisions on where to deploy capital, measure and monitor spend, and help manage our life time value model (LTV) and our customer acquisition efforts (CAC) as we look to increase incremental customers.
The position requires a passion for data analysis and the intersection with AVOD marketing, OTT and digital video. She/he will also need to enjoy the inherent complexity of measuring unique users, monthly active users, daily active users, time spent, returning consumption, and related signals in this nascent video ecosystem. As such, this individual must be able to extract guidelines for the business through sound research, data, modeling, and seek out ways to automate functions. This role may also work with external parties to measure efficacy of marketing campaign, paid marketing efforts and/or app install efforts.
