Education and/or Experience:* Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University preferred and/or 3 plus yrs. experience as a recruiter* 3+ years of proven diversity sourcing or diversity recruiting experience required* Experience developing and partnering with professional diversity organizations and networks* Experience with Applicant tracking systems (PeopleFluent, Taleo, Lever, SmatRecruiter, etc.)* MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Social Media* Superior written and verbal communication skill* Strong LinkedIn exposure and experience* Mortgage or financial industry experience a plus* Able to work and adapt quickly and efficiently with change#cbSummaryThe Corporate Recruiter - Diversity is responsible to lead the recruiting process for all divisions, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. A successful Corporate Recruiter - Diversity will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis to identify hiring needs, in addition to sourcing candidates using various tools and recruiting technology, including job boards, social media networks and employee referrals.Essential Job Functions:* Identify diversity and inclusion trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop customized recruitment strategies.* Develops and maintains relationships with technical schools, colleges, alumni groups, military sources, and diversity organizations to find and attract applicants* Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand diversity sourcing needs both technical and non-technical* Build a diverse candidate pipeline strategy through referral generation, online sourcing, networking, events, and sourcing campaigns* Strategize and engage external resources by creating diversity partnerships and activities that result in brand awareness regarding opportunities and careers* Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences in all phases of recruitment process.* Conduct market research to understand where diverse talent pools exist and explore initiatives to tap into those talent pools* Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs* Supports Freedom Mortgage's diversity initiatives and objectives.* Meet hiring goals as determined by the Recruiting DepartmentOther Related Duties:Performs other related duties as assigned.
