Digital Sales Specialist - Recruitment

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of human resource digital hiring tactics, platforms and tools. The candidate is professional, analytical and a hard worker who has the ability to obtain appointments/conference calls with hiring managers/directors, compose and ask questions resulting in understanding the recruitment needs of the employer, build solid solutions using digital products/platforms and deliver presentations through digital or hard copy. The candidate will present solutions that will return the best results for the employer. The ideal candidate should have a true hunter mentality with an eye to recognize and cultivate solution based opportunities.
Essential Job Functions:
Achieve new sales calls, new meetings, and new presentation goals.
Develop and maintain close relations with employers in order to exceed expectations, including review of performance analytics.
Create and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecast in our CRM tool to endure accurate recording of prospecting and customer interactions.
Achieve sales quotas on a regular basis.
Demo digital recruitment solutions via online and in person with clients and prospects.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with credit/billing departments, support team, and ad ops.
Collaborate with sales executives to discover, cultivate, and generate new business.
Utilize marketing and other support teams as necessary.
Other related duties as necessary to meet business needs of company and clients.
Knowledge of digital and non-digital recruiting practices.
2-3 years of recruitment sales experience, digital preferred.
Knowledge of native/sponsored content advertising a plus.
Strong customer service and client retention skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills required.
Excellent PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
Utilize online recruitment tools and competitive websites for prospecting.
Demonstrate technical aptitude with regard to understanding, interpreting conversations, and quickly applying information to a sales process.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required.
