Our team is highly analytical, fast-moving, and focused on one thing: getting more people to compare insurance quotes using Insurify.ROLE DESCRIPTIONOwn Insurify s editorial & content strategy, overseeing all content production from ideation to delivery and execution.Develop a deep expertise in key aspects of our product, the personal insurance market, and competitive content landscape over your first few weeks, establishing yourself as a leader capable of leading the editorial vision of the next big thing insurance. Work with internal stakeholders and synthesize creative and data-driven inputs to develop detailed content plans for revenue-oriented growth.Oversee an exhaustive audit of all Insurify content, and work with SEO and content team leaders to execute quality improvements across the site, with quantifiable results. Lead the expansion of the editorial team, recruiting the best in class content producers, editors, product managers, and freelance contributors. Work closely with the VP of SEO to integrate SEO best practices across all content verticals and new and emerging channels. QUALIFICATIONS5-10+ years of content and editorial experience, preferably in growth-stage startups and B2C technology. Proven track record of creating awesome content with high ROI and keen sense for copy that converts.Results-oriented, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.Expert in user-centric search-optimized content development and how these drive SEO, marketing, product, and partnerships initiatives.Advanced in making proactive and reactive decisions using insights and data.Experience managing teams of content producers and editors.
