The Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center seeks to fill the senior level position of Director of Human Resources.
The individual selected will be responsible for the planning and management of the Human Resources function. Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to recruitment/employment, wage and salary administration, benefits, coaching/counseling, training and development, employee/labor relations, and organizational development. Must be familiar with employee relations and labor related matters as they relate to federal, state, and local employment and civil rights laws. Reporting to the hotel’s General Manager, the candidate will be a member of the Hotel Executive Committee.
