An interesting, fast-paced editorial assistant position is now open in The Keene Sentinel News Department. The part-time job involves clerical tasks, data entry, some transcription, and work with content on our digital platforms. Applicants should have strong typing and organizational skills, strong mastery of spelling and grammar, and excellent communication skills. The job requires interaction with the public. The right candidate will perform well in deadline situations, enjoy a collegial work environment and take pride in a shared effort to do quality work. The position has some morning/afternoon flexibility relative to hours. Experience with certain production software, such as Photoshop and InDesign, is a plus.
