Provide direct targeting, lead development, and analytic support to US Army counterintelligence (CI) operations and investigations. Synchronize the targeting process with analytical enterprise and collection managers to develop targeting products, operational concepts, and plans. Perform the full range of CI targeting, strategy development, analytical research, production of briefings, charts, written assessments, and oral presentations in support of target development. Prepare and recommend operational usage of sensitive capabilities in support of the commander's priorities and objectives and conduct internal, inter-service, and interagency coordination and de-confliction of targets and operational missions. Prepare counterespionage and counterintelligence targeting packages, summary documents, and graphical representations of data, review case file documentation and evidence, and conduct threat analysis. Provide high quality analytic products and brief senior military and civilian leaders.
-4+ years of experience in providing targeting support to counterintelligence or human intelligence (HUMINT) operations OR a graduate of the Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC), Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), or Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
-4+ years of experience conducting intelligence analysis
-Experience in briefing senior military and civilian decision makers
-Ability to used Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
-BA or BS degree or an additional 6 years of experience in CI and HUMINT in lieu of a degree
-Experience with Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), i2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir, and other intelligence community resources
-Knowledge of the US Army’s organizational structure and counterintelligence missions
-TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph
