MongoDB is seeking a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Reporting to the VP of Finance and Business Operations, this position requires an accomplished and analytical financial professional with a demonstrated track record of success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bachelors Degree; finance, business or economics preferred, MBA a strong plus
10-15 years of experience within finance/FP&A, with a minimum 5 years of managerial experience
Ability to drive processes and projects proactively and with attention to detail
Think creatively, are highly driven, and skilled at creating structure in situations that are uncertain or ambiguous within a rapidly growing business
Expert in financial modeling, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Adaptive Insights
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
As part of the team, you will...
Lead the FP&A team and run the annual planning process
Partner and build business relationships with leaders across the organization
Scale FP&A team systems and processes to support growth in the company
Conduct and oversee ad-hoc analyses to inform teams on operating strategies, investment recommendations, and new business opportunities
Support the teams work on the companys long-term financial model, annual budget and forecasting processes, and external guidance
Develop frameworks for how we evaluate investments and resource allocation decisions
Lead in preparing materials for the CFO and other senior executives, including board decks, investor materials, and other executive updates
