Overview PK currently has exciting opportunity for a Consultant - Program Management that would like to join our team as a full-time employee in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate can demonstrate skills and experience in gathering actionable requirements from ambiguous information, developing and implementing program and process improvements, coordinating and driving action across stakeholder groups, and organizing team communication, strategy and rhythm-of-business. This person should be comfortable managing fast-paced, rapidly shifting priorities while delivering high-quality deliverables and fulfilling project responsibilities. Responsibilities Developing plans and communication materials to implement new programs, propose new initiatives, or generate influencebuy-in within the organization Developing workstreams, programs, communication channels, and rhythms within the client team Driving project progress, actions, and reporting across client team and stakeholders Building relationships within the client team and across stakeholder groups in order to execute your deliverables and on behalf of your client Develop Microsoft PowerPoint or Excel assets with extremely high attention to detail and quality - presentations, reports, communications with high visibility within the client organization For PK, will work with leaders to build relationships and strategies that help PK have a great impact for the client organization Things you may create Programproject plans Marketingresearch presentations Newsletters or other broad communication materials Detailed meeting notes, action tracking, and decision records Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in business or comparable Power BI, Power Apps are a plus, but not required Specific knowledge of software or experience using Office 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at PK are based exclusively on merit.
