We are a boutique property development and management company seeking for a qualified property accountant looking to grow with the company. We are open to part time or full time work. Most significantly, accountant must have extensive relevant experience; more precisely, commercial and/or multifamily property management accounting experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is equally important. The list below identifies the expected job duties:
- Rent collection
- Pay bills and vendors
- Create Profit and Loss statements and other financial expenses
- Maintain expense ledgers
- Year end audits
- Monthly audits of credit card expenses
Additionally, there are administrative support duties which include; vendor correspondence, transaction coordinating with escrows and writing and sending letters to tenants which are vastly important in this position. Lastly, there are communication skill that are highly important in this position, including; one’s ability to work independently in an efficient and effective manner as well as collaborate with vendors and project managers.
Computer literacy: In depth knowledge of Quickbooks, MS Excel and other MS Office programs and rent collection software.
Can be Full-Time or Part-Time.
