Three years of clinical experience and three years of management/leadership experience desired.
Knowledge of case management principles, professional practice standards, health and public policy, consumer health care issues and current trends in health care desired.
Knowledge related to reimbursement, finance, allocation of resources, quality improvement, quality management and utilization management are desirable.
Must have a thorough knowledge of nursing practices.
CPR certification required.Licensure/Certification RequirementRequires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position.
Nurses performing nursing practice over the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside.
Certified Case Manager Certification (CCM) preferred.
