This position will build solid business relationships by receiving and placing phone calls in a friendly, professional and engaged manner to existing and prospective members. Respond to inquiries regarding member benefits, workers’ compensation coverage and LRA training and other LRA sponsored events; prepare trend reports and compile member data for management. Requires 3+ years’ experience in a call center environment or similar customer service role. Must be an excellent communicator who listens for customer cues, anticipates issues and addresses problems. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications and utilize search tools to find information; advanced MS Office skills preferred.
