DURHAM OFFICE LOOKING FOR AN HR ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT
30-35 HOURS A WEEK - MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
2+ years of Office Experience Required
GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
. Outstanding ability to build relationships with coworkers, clients, and vendors.
. HIGH VOLUME OUTGOING PHONE DUTIES
. MUST BE DETAILED ORIENTED
. Independent worker that can make quick decisions and enjoys a FAST PACED office.

STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS:
. Typing Documents/Data Entry
. Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Outlook, Power Point)
. Compiling data from various sources
. Posting information to records
Day to day includes taking incoming/making outgoing calls, working/coordinating with clients, screening candidates for employment. This position will report to the Office/HR Manager who is open minded about stepping outside of the job description to help out wherever else needed. Mon-Fri
