As the Premium Seating Supervisor you are a leader in the venue, committed to providing the highest level of guest experience. You are not only tasked with ensuring an amplified guest experience, but you are active in driving sales and creating new team programs with you Guest Services Host team. This role is one of customer acquisition and customer retention, measured by revenue generation and team productivity and effectiveness.
Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
Manage inventory with Premium Seating Manager or Director and with them create the teams nightly, weekly, monthly sales goals
Build relationships and data with the venues members and VIP clients and have the ability to anticipate their needs
Upsell available premium inventory to concert attendees
Ensuring compliance with Workplace Standards
Maintain constant communication with staff and guests to ensure that they receive highly personalized service
Supervise Hourly Team Members
Participates in developing long and short term plans for revenue growth Generate/Enhance Revenue and VIP counts
Execute nightly sales campaigns that increase incremental sales
Oversee the nightly Guest Services Hosts to ensure financial goals are met
Vibe, Atmosphere and Maintenance within the venue
Creates and maintains an environment of high energy vibe that fits within Live Nation standards
Ensures atmosphere of the room adheres to standards including but not limited to; lighting, sound level, music selection, furniture placement and dcor
Maintains Cleanliness standards at its highest
Minimum 2-3 years required sales experience in hospitality, VIP services or similar fields
Proven track record of sales success at prior or current employer
Sales, Business or Marketing 4-year degree preferred
Knowledge of nightlife/ VIP concert operations and trends
Working knowledge of Windows computer programs, databases and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-spoken and personable
Ability to problem solve, multi task and very well organized
Charismatic and a people person. Fearless and excited to lead a team
Ability to take charge, think outside the box and come up with creative solutions
Articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience
Exemplary and professional grooming standards
Ability to anticipate guests needs
Must be available nights, weekends and holidays
