INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
with Freight/Trailer Industry Sales experience/technical aptitude preferred

RC Trailers designs and manufactures top-quality enclosed and aluminum trailers for owners with demanding expectations. In a wide range of body styles, sizes, feature sets and finishes, and with an intelligent and expansive selection of options, RC Trailers are ideal solutions for specific needs and applications.
The Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our RC Trailers customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role is comfortable with high telephone call frequency; working with Dealer, Customers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The role also requires extensive knowhow related to RC Products and configurations as well systems and processes. The function will generate multiple custom quotations for a variety of Dealers daily. This person will proactively manage shipment of trailers to achieve and exceed daily revenue goals.
Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Ensure a safe and employee friendly work environment.
Quote, place orders to attain daily revenue goals and follow up with Service Dealers
Research potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest to source new sales opportunities
Engage in inbound and outbound cold calls and emails
Lead follow-up with potential buyers/clients and contact current ones
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Qualified opportunities and route to the Sales Leadership for further development and closure.
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.
Service and protect core business through excellent service and follow-up.
Assist in widening brand recognition using social media and the traditional means of advertising.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (including, but not limited to):
Ability to gain exceptional RC Trailer product knowledge.
Ability to gain comprehensive understanding of the ordering system.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills including strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Education and Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Proven inside sales experience with track record of over-achieving goals.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
