We are interviewing for a Quality Assurance Specialist in our Insurance Inquiry Department! Responsibilities Major Responsibilities
Works with IS Department in communicating and resolving system issues.Prepares and updates training materials, exercises and testing.Conducts the training modules.Assists in the training of new hires.Provide feedback to the supervisors and director on progress of new hires.Assists in the QA of staff and manual reports.Assists in the ongoing training for existing employees.Serves as a primary resource for all representatives regarding any questions, problems or issues.Runs the weekly reports to bring in manual work.Handles special projects assigned by management team.Follow up with Help Desk to ensure that all representatives are set up appropriately within all systems.Review departmental edit reports on a daily basis. Work with the representatives in correcting any errors and provide feedback to the supervisor.Serve as a backup for dialer functions.Participates in production if Manual Calls inventories warrantOther duties as assigned.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum of nine months experience with Insurance Inquiry manual calls.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Must be meeting or exceeding the Company standards regarding production and quality.Must be meeting or exceeding the Company standards regarding Attendance and Tardiness.Must be well organized.Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
