We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to support other team members and provide exceptional service to our customers.

- Take inbound calls and schedule appointments
- Help with social media and other forms of marketing
- Research, plan and execute training manuals & support
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (very helpful, but not required)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to be proactive (willing/able to work by yourself without having to be told exactly what to do)
