As coach and collaborator, the AD guides a team of case managers and works with affiliate organizations; supervises support personnel, including workforce, college, and related project services; helps shape and enforce policies/procedures for ensuring quality experience and success among students; engages with key grant, state and federal stakeholders, including coordination with other Tribal offices; oversees data control systems.Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Education or related field, experience in grants and/or administration.
Background in college teaching/management desirable.
