- Outpatient Pharmacy Technician Supervisor -
Provides support of pharmacy services and leadership to the outpatient pharmacy technician staff through professional direction and management. Provides direction and leadership to achieve pharmacy department goals and vision. Supports medication use functions, through promotion of cost-effective resource utilization, establishment of efficient work processes and identification and implementation of best pediatric pharmacy practices. Responsibilities include technician workflow, staffing and scheduling, productivity, essential record-keeping, and inventory management.Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Graduation from accredited pharmacy technician training program, or equivalent training.
- Three years or more of outpatient/retail pharmacy experience.
- Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Washington.
- Previous supervisory experience and/or training.
- Pediatric pharmacy experience.
- One year IV room or Operating Room pharmacy experience
