*Typing and data entry.
*Work under the guidance of a supervisor.
*Helping in the preparation of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
*Input accounts receivables and billings into data systems
*Maintaining and updating social media accounts.
*Providing customer services.
*Participate in company trainings
*Assist with filing expense reports, checking timesheets and ensuring that monthly payroll is completed accurately and on time.
*Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phones and taking detailed messages.
