Preparing mechanical engineering studies, specifications and cost estimations. Performing product development activities, including CAD layouts, designs and implementation of customer specifications. Job Requirements: BS degree in mechanical, bio systems or related engineering discipline from an ABET accredited engineering program and 0-3 yrs. of relevant experience. Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, Pro Engineer or SolidWorks. Systems Administrator This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the ERP systems and data of the organization. Has complete understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts, and can apply these widely to perform systems administration functions such as system deployments; troubleshooting user problems and review of the operational status of the systems. Job Requirements: BS/BA degree in Information Systems or related field and 3 or more years of relevant work experience in networked environments with specific focus on ERP and PLM platforms. Must be proficient in IT troubleshooting for both hardware and software. Previous experience with Syteline or other ERP systems a plus. Systems administration experience with SQL server-based ERP environments and applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, application level support, and maintenance required. Follow SOPs and JSAs when operating ground suppt equip. Operate A/C and supervise use of special suppt equip used in removal and installations of major components. 3. Independently perform a variety of acft mods and maintenance functions. 4. Maintain a current knowledge of Aircraft Service Changes (ASCs), Customers Bulletins (CBs), inspect schedule requirements, vendor info and all other procedures, pubs and general knowledge pertaining to GAC acft maint and servicing. 5. Assist the FAST team in planning, coordinating and supervising the activities performed in the field. Provide direction to customers and GAC personnel involved in accomplishing acft maint repairs in a timely and efficient manner while satisfying customer requirements and FAA regs. 6. Assist in training new FAST Techs with work orders and documentation requirements in accordance with the RSn QC Manual. Mentors techs on effective documentation and communication. Instruct assigned subordinates in the efficient and effective use of company resources, work methods and procedures in order to meet acft schedules and deadlines. Provide work direction for assigned techs. Promote high standards of quality through instruction and by example setting. 7. Function as an airworth Inspect that physically inspects acft, acft components, and reviews paperwork to ensure that workmanship meets acceptable stds of quality, and that customer acft are returned to service in an airworthy condition with all required documentation properly completed and filed. Properly complete work orders and archive as required. Ensure that all work accomplished meets quality stds and specs. Continually monitor RS compliance with FAR Part 145 and the FAA accepted site RS Certs and QC Manual.Additional Functions: 1. Uses the material tracking system to create parts demand, monitor core returns, and to charge labor to correct work orders and item numbers. 2. Help develop goals for subordinates and support the company OGSM at the floor level. 3. Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with the customer and provides one-on-one direct familiarization briefings with the customer during the road trip. 4.
