POSITION TITLE: Accounting Clerk
Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks and supports the Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting Department.
· Accounts Receivable which entails communicating with clients regularly.Accounts Payable; invoice receipt, verification and payment processing
· Prepares a variety of documents, reports, records and spreadsheets
· Data entry
· Other duties as assigned
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
· Competency in QuickBooks
· A/R experience a must.
· Competency in QuickBooks, Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
· Business casual
· Schedule: Monday-Friday (Office hours 9-6pm)
