We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Tuscaloosa area. The incumbent Administrative Assistant will be responsible for data entry as well as handle general clerical duties, monitoring expenses associated with projects, document preparation and modification, meeting coordination, invoice processing and internet-based research.
- Maintain development and project files for the department
- Data entry
- Gathering and organize documentation
- Prefer 2+ years’ experience
- Bachelors Degree or relevant experience required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
