The Legal Coordinator – Dispute Resolution assists in the coordination of the day to day activities of managed care and payer analytics, revenue excellence and dispute resolution within the legal department while maintaining upmost confidentiality. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the identification and tracking of revenue opportunities and dispute remedies.
Provide positive customer service while acting as a resource, answering questions and providing information about contracts and reimbursement issues to key stakeholders.Perform managed care and payer analytics and provide detailed report to leadership.Liaise between internal and external counsel as well as with outside vendors on all aspects of information gathering and discovery.Provide contract review and prepare legal documents to include appropriate contract language and to be documented on various tracking logs.Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across departments and entities.Perform routine legal project and legal research ensuring compliance with HIPAAPrepare and coordinate documents Special projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned.Regular and reliable attendance required.

Microsoft Windows Suite, legal hold software experience preferred. Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Minimum three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Managed Care experience a plus. Paralegal experience a plus. Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages. Language Skills:
Ability to understand, read, write and speak English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to successfully write business and legal correspondence. Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and professionally interact with managers, employees, clients, vendors and the general public. Reasoning Ability:
Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and correct errors. Ability to understand and interpret basic financial data. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables. Other Qualifications:
