Mortgage Processor

Cedar Rapids based mortgage company seeking part time loan processor to handle the following tasks:

• Answer the telephone
• Process FHA
• Conventional and VA files
• Handle compliance
• Set files up for closing

Ideal candidate will have experience with processing FHA, VA and Conventional mortgage files and be detail oriented.

Average work week will be 25-30 hours with hourly wage and per file bonus.
